I have been coaching clients for over 5 years
Through education, my own trial and error, working among fellow coaches and completely immersing myself in the vulnerability of recognizing what habits I needed to change, the most important thing I have learned is that everyone is on their own journey. This is an often overlooked aspect when people are taking a big step to begin their health and fitness journey. I am very motivated by my clients and seeing them take the wonderful challenge of bettering themselves in a way that suits them as a person. Health takes on many names these days, my goal is to clear that up for each and every one of my clients- and help them see it through.
